Who We Are

Welcome! We are Delon Labs, Inc., or as we like to go by "Delon," "we," "our," or "us." Our mission is to give government contractors the intelligence they need to find and win federal contracts. We offer products, services, and technologies ("Products") allowing users ("Users") to discover, analyze, and pursue government contracting opportunities through our software and website (collectively, "Platform").

We are committed to protecting our Users' privacy through compliance with this Privacy Policy ("Policy"). Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not use our Platform or purchase our Products.

Application of this Policy

This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide to us when you visit, register, use, or access our Platform or Products, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This Policy applies to our website at delon.io ("Website") and our Platform at app.delon.io. When you access our Platform, use our Products, or visit our Website, you become a User and agree to this Policy. This Policy does not apply to any third party applications or software that integrate with the Platform or any other third party products, services, or businesses.

Categories of Information We Collect or Receive

We may receive information directly from you when you provide it to us (such as by registering on the Platform, submitting a demo request, or uploading information to your account) or automatically as you access, use, or interact with our Platform or Products (such as your internet connection, the device you used, or the location of that device).

There are many occasions when you provide information to us that identifies, relates to, describes, references, or is reasonably capable of being associated with or linked with, directly or indirectly, you, your household, or your device, such as a name, postal address, telephone number, internet protocol (IP) address, or email address ("Personal Information"). Personal Information may also have the meaning given to that term or similar terms (e.g., "personal data") under applicable law such as the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") or the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA").

We may collect or receive from you the Information outlined below:

Payment InformationBilling details such as card number and billing address, collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Device InformationInformation about the computers, phones, and other devices used when interacting with our Products, which may include IP address, browser type, operating system, and other device information. We may collect this information automatically through cookies and logs.
Usage InformationDetails of your access, use, or interaction with our Platform or Products, including pages visited, features used, session duration, and other behavioral data. We may use this information to improve our Platform and Products.
Aggregated DataWe may collect, use, and share aggregated or statistical data. Aggregated information may be derived from your Personal Information, but once in aggregated form it will not constitute Personal Information as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity.

AI Features

Some Platform features use artificial intelligence to generate analysis and recommendations based on publicly available federal procurement data. Your personal account information is not sent to AI providers. Only government contract data and your search queries are processed to deliver AI powered features such as opportunity scoring, win intelligence, and proposal assistance.

Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small data text file stored on your device. Each cookie is unique to your web browser. It will contain some anonymous information such as a unique identifier and website domain name. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer.

Essential cookies are necessary to provide you with services available on our Platform. For example, they allow you to log in to secure areas of our Platform. Our authentication provider sets session cookies to keep you logged in and authorize access to your account. These are required for the Platform to function.

We do not use third party advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics cookies. You are always free to decline or restrict cookies through your browser settings. Due to the nature of our essential cookies, some parts of our Platform may not work properly without them.

How We Use Your Information

We use Information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information:

  • To provide you with our Platform and Products, including customer support, account administration, and billing.
  • To present our Platform and its contents to you and to personalize and improve our Platform and Products.
  • To provide you with information that you request from us, such as responding to demo requests or support inquiries.
  • To provide you with notices about your account or subscription, including expiration and renewal notices.
  • To notify you about changes to our Platform or any Products we offer or provide.
  • To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
  • To help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the Platform, Products, and other technology assets.
  • For testing, research, analysis, and product development, including to develop and improve our Platform and Products.
  • To respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations.
  • For any other purpose with your consent.

We do not sell your Personal Information. We do not use your data for advertising.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may share your Information (including Personal Information) by disclosing it to service providers to operate our Platform, its content, and its security. We make these disclosures under written contracts that describe the purposes, require the recipient to keep the Personal Information confidential, and prohibit using the disclosed Information for any purpose except performing the contract.

We may disclose Information that we collect or you provide to us as described in this Policy:

  • To our service providers, affiliates, and agents who support our Platform and Products, including hosting, maintenance, payment processing, and analysis, which may require them to access or process your Personal Information.
  • In connection with a business transfer. In the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Delon's assets, Personal Information may be among the assets transferred.
  • In fulfilling our legal obligations. We may disclose your Personal Information to comply with a court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Delon, our Platform, or our Users.
  • Aggregated information. We may disclose aggregated demographic information about our Users and the activity on our Platform.

Data Storage and Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All data is encrypted in transit via TLS. Any payment transactions are processed through encrypted channels by our payment processor.

We have implemented procedures to deal with any actual or suspected breach of Personal Information. In the event that Personal Information is compromised as a result of such a breach, we will promptly notify the persons whose Personal Information has been compromised, in accordance with the notification procedures set forth in this Policy or as otherwise required by applicable law.

The safety and security of your Information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. You should not share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, information transmission via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to or through the Platform. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk.

Data Retention

We retain your Information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes set out in this Policy unless you request that we remove your Personal Information. We will retain your information (including Personal Information) for as long as we reasonably believe it is necessary unless a longer retention period is required by law. This may include keeping your Personal Information for the period of time needed for us to pursue legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely. Demo request submissions are retained for up to 12 months.

International Data Transfers

To facilitate our operations, we may transfer, store, and process your Personal Information in jurisdictions other than where you live, including in the United States. Laws in these countries may differ from those applicable to your country of residence. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Information will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other Personal Information.

Your Rights Related to Your Personal Information

We want you to be in control of how your Personal Information is used by us. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Be informed of, and request access to, the Personal Information we process about you
  • Update and correct inaccuracies in your Personal Information
  • Have your Personal Information deleted or restricted
  • Object or withdraw your consent to certain uses of data
  • Request a copy of your Personal Information in a portable format
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

We will not discriminate against you for the exercise of these rights. We may ask you for additional information to confirm your identity before processing your request.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you additional rights with respect to your Personal Information, including:

  • Right to Disclosure and Access. You have the right to request certain information about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past twelve (12) months.
  • Right to Correction. You have the right to request that we correct your Personal Information.
  • Right to Deletion. You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Information we collected from you.
  • Right to Data Portability. You may request to receive specific pieces of your Personal Information in a portable format.
  • Right to be Free from Discrimination. You may freely exercise these rights without fear of being denied our Platform and Products.

Children Under the Age of 18

The Platform is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under age 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any Information on the Platform. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any Personal Information from or about a child under 18, please contact us at team@delon.io.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

You understand that this Policy is subject to change by us without prior written notice at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes to this Policy will be in effect as of the "Last Modified" date referenced above. Accordingly, you should review our Policy before purchasing or using any of the Products or the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform or any Product after the "Last Modified" date will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes.
